For registration, we accept credit/debit cards, Paypal, and mailed checks.

Do you allow walk-in attendees?
Yes, assuming capacity isn’t reached by the end of the registration period on June 30, 2016. Walk-in attendees will be required to pay the full registration fee of $110 (Adult) / $55 (ages 3-9) / $15 (ages 0-2) to enter.
Is trip cancellation insurance available?
We do not offer trip cancellation insurance: however, we strongly encourage you to consider the purchase of such from your airline, credit card company, a national insurer such as Travel Guard or type “travel insurance” into a search engine for other options. We earn no fees from travel insurance; insurers usually require the purchase of coverage to occur near the date of booking.
I registered for the Family Reunion and now I am unable to attend. I do not want to lose any of my registration fees, what should I do?
We will be happy to assist with a transfer of the registration. Contact grandfamreunion@gmail.com for assistance if you are unable to find a suitable transferee on your own. We will refund paid fees, minus a 20% cancellation charge, for all cancellations made prior to the registration deadline of June 30, 2016.
Are there any special dress codes or reunion colors?
The Saturday Night Banquet is an "ALL WHITE" affair. That event will take place outdoors, on the dock. This year's colors otherwise are purple (plum), royal blue, and emerald green.
There are a lot of resort properties in Orlando. Which is the host resort?
The Fountains at BlueGreen is the official host hotel for the 2016 Family Reunion.
Can I get Internet access in my guestroom?
Free WiFi is available in the guestrooms and public areas on the hotel side of the property.
Are tips or gratuities included in my package?
You do not have to tip on meals and services at the reunion events on the host property, but please use your own discretion with other meals and activities that are not included in your package.
Are kids welcome to this event?
Of course! We welcome children of all ages to come and be part of the fun. The event is designed for the whole family, and we offer something for everyone.
Are there accommodations for guests with special needs?
Yes. Please inquire at time of booking or at any time by contacting us. Also, provide food allergies and special vegetarian requirements at time of booking.
